BECOME A CERTIFIED PARENT COACH
The PARENT COACH TRAINERS ACADEMY
(PTCA) offers professional coach training designed primarily for individuals working with, or wishing to work with, parents of teens and young adults who are marching to a different drummer. The challenges facing these parents do not yield to the traditional ‘tried and true’ methods of parenting. To meet these unique challenges, parents need coaches with specific experience and training.
Our course “Coaching For Parents Of Struggling Teens And Young Adults”
evolved from our over 24 years of working with families. Utilizing the three principles of “parent as leader”, Relate – Communicate – Demonstrate, our
certified coaches support parents in developing a more respectful and cooperative home environment.
Since we believe that parents are their children’s first and most important teachers, we also invite parents facing the challenges of raising difficult children to join us in becoming family coaches.

International Coach Federation and is the only curriculum that provides a certification specific to coaching parents with at-risk children.
