TESTIMONIALS ~
I really enjoyed this approach to learning. I liked how each class focused on basic skill-building tools, then re-enforced this information with hands-on practicum.
Albany, OR
I appreciated the trainers skill in reinforcing my strengths while focusing me on what needed to be improved. And as painful as it was to listen to my recordings, I am very grateful for having it available.
Seattle, WA
The human element was a driving factor, as opposed to text book learning. The facilitators were genuine and possessed a demeanor that matched the concepts being presented.
Chicago, IL
The course was such a great experience each session became even more valuable. My confidence around communicating with families in crisis has grown immeasurably. Thanks.
